Once a plot has been allotted to a member or in case of revision of development and other charges, the allottees are informed through Demand Notice issued by the Accounts Branch for payment of balance amount outstanding against their allotted/ transferred plots, as the case may be. The allottees/ transferees are expected to make prompt payment to enable speedy development. All payments received after
due date will be liable to a surcharge of 10% per annum.
Once final Demand Notices are issued individually or informed through newspapers, allottees/ transferees are required to clear the outstanding dues within prescribed period, otherwise their allotment/ transfers,
etc can be cancelled on the orders of Director Housing.
