Site Plans
Site Plans are issued on request from the members on clearance of outstanding dues and payment of site-plan charges, provided the area where the plot is located has been developed. On transfer of a plot, the charges for issuance of site plan for various categories of residential and commercial plots are given at Annexure ‘L'
Since the site plans are made out of the Master Layout Plans, it should be considered as PROVISIONAL subject to adjustment in dimensions, etc, at the time of demarcation/ handing over of the plot.
